Terms & SMS Program

These terms govern use of Top220 and Staff Attendance, services operated by FLOWBIDS LLC. Access to Staff Attendance is limited to authorized organizations, staff members, and administrators.
Use of the service
Users must provide accurate information, keep account access secure, and use the service only for lawful workplace attendance and administrative purposes. Organizations are responsible for configuring their staff, schedules, policies, and permissions accurately.
Staff Attendance SMS program
The Staff Attendance SMS program sends operational messages to staff who have agreed to receive them. Messages may include attendance reminders, time-off request updates, schedule-related notices, and other account-related alerts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or use of the core service.
- Message frequency varies based on attendance and account activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out.
- Reply HELP for help.

- The consent language staff sign during onboarding is published at Staff SMS Consent.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text-message consent applies only to the Staff Attendance operational messaging program and is not transferred to another campaign. See our Privacy Policy for information about how mobile information and consent are handled.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, or change the service and these terms. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, organizations, or the service. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Schools and employers remain responsible for their employment, payroll, attendance, and leave decisions and for reviewing records before relying on them.
