I agree to receive text messages from Shul Staff Attendance, the staff attendance system used by my employer, at the mobile number I provide below. These messages are about my own attendance and time off, and may include sign-in and sign-out reminders, absence notices, and updates about my time-off requests.

• Message frequency varies based on my attendance and account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• I can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. I can reply HELP for help, or contact the school office.
• Agreeing to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of my employment.
